Who controls your information

Mika Face Painting, based in Sale M33, is responsible for personal information collected through enquiries and bookings. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@mikafacepainting.co.uk.

Information we collect

When you contact or book us, we may receive your name, contact details, event date, venue or postcode, guest numbers, service requirements and other details you choose to provide. Messages sent through WhatsApp, email, phone, Facebook, Instagram or Jotform are also handled under those providers’ privacy terms.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and booking information to answer questions, prepare quotes, manage bookings, provide services, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. The usual legal bases are taking steps towards or performing a contract, legitimate business interests and legal obligations.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 is optional. It is blocked until you select “Accept analytics”. If accepted, it helps us understand visits, popular pages and interactions such as WhatsApp, phone, email and booking clicks. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years. You can reopen the cookie choices at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and bookings, or where required by law. We keep it only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and for relevant tax, insurance or legal record-keeping periods.
