What paints do you use? Are they safe?
We exclusively use professional-grade, hypoallergenic face paints from Kryolan, Diamond FX, TAG, Mehron, Face Paints Australia and Fusion Body Art — six of the most respected brands in the industry. All paints are EU compliant, water-based, non-toxic and dermatologist tested. They are specifically designed for use on skin and can be removed easily with warm water and soap.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry £10M public liability insurance through BAPIA (Body Art Professionals Insurance Association). You can book with complete peace of mind knowing you're protected.
How many children can you paint in 2 hours?
On average, one artist can paint 24–32 children in a 2-hour session, depending on the complexity of designs chosen. Simple cheek art is faster; full-face designs take longer. We'll help you plan the right session length for your group size.
Is there a travel charge?
A travel fee of £10–£30 applies depending on distance — always confirmed at time of booking. We regularly travel across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–3 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates during summer and around Halloween. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings — just drop us a WhatsApp message and we'll do our best!
Do you do a patch test for allergies?
Our paints are hypoallergenic and suitable for most skin types. If a guest has known skin sensitivities, we recommend a patch test 24 hours before the event. We'll always ask before painting anyone with sensitive or broken skin.
